The rating system has been adjusted so that the highest possible score is 100 instead of 120. For more details please refer to the current version of the caddie handbook. You can call or e.mail Bill Wallace if you have any questions or comments.

Caddie Assignment Procedures
Caddies have until 5:00 PM to confirm their loop.
1) by e.mail jimf.bcc@gmail.com
2) in person or
3) by calling the caddie master.
If a caddie does not confirm their loop by 5:00 p.m., then the caddie master will reassign that loop.

* Multiple phone calls from caddies will result in a reduction in ratings. Please email or confirm your schedule with Kevin for the next week or tell him your schedule before you leave the Club.

Confirm by 5:00 PM on Wednesday for Friday loops.
Confirm by 5:00 PM on Thursday for Saturday loops.
Confirm by 5:00 PM on Friday for Sunday loops.

Caddies must show up at least 45 minutes prior to their tee time. If a caddie does not show up or shows up late without a phone call in advance, that loop will be reassigned. In addition, failure to show up for a loop or showing up late, will reduce that caddies ratings for the next week by 30 points.
